We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Florence, just a short walk from the San Lorenzo market. We were able to easily explore all the nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any inquiries we had. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with enhanced comfort during our stay. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, such as room service, laundry service, and a shopping area. We felt pampered and well taken care of during our time here.

I loved being right next to the San Lorenzo church and the bustling street market. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful courtyard, cozy reading nooks, and a tidy and well-organized atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, welcoming me with extraordinary affability. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning and ample storage for my clothes. They gave us great tips for exploring the city and provided us with maps and brochures. the breakfast provided was simple but delicious, with a choice of cereal or toast and/or pastries. the location of the hotel was excellent, with the train station just a short walk away and all the major attractions within easy reach.

The room we stayed in was quite small and the bathroom was also cramped. the shower was narrow and had a plastic curtain on one side, which made it a bit difficult to shower comfortably.
